We begin with layout planning — centering, thresholds, transitions and grout-joint calibration — so the finished field looks intentional from every angle in the room.
We set ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass and mosaic tile over properly prepared substrates, including cement backer board, uncoupling membranes and self-leveling compounds wherever the surface demands it. Every cut is wet-sawed for clean edges at outlets, corners and fixtures, and lippage is controlled with leveling clips on large-format work.

Yes. We regularly extend or repair existing fields — herringbone, running bond, stacked or diagonal — and can usually source close matches for discontinued tile so old and new work read as one continuous installation.
Everything from 1-inch mosaic sheets to 48-inch large-format porcelain. Large format demands flatter substrates, different mortars and lippage control; we prepare surfaces to the tighter tolerance those products require.
Most projects are scheduled one to two weeks after the estimate is approved. Larger remodels are booked further out. We always confirm a start date in writing before any demolition begins.
Either works. We install homeowner-purchased tile, or we source through local Connecticut tile rooms and suppliers where you can see full-size samples and slabs in person before deciding.
